San Diego, it turned out, is one of the best places in the United States to fly year-round.<\/p>\n The United States Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association<\/a> oversees the certification of pilots and instructors (in the U.S.).<\/p>\n Spring 2016<\/strong> look out for Hang Glide San Diego<\/a>.
